1. Delivery Areas

Essena currently ships exclusively within Morocco. We deliver to all major cities and regions via our trusted courier partners (Amana / Aramex).

2. Shipping Rates

We strive to make the ritual accessible. Our shipping tiers are straightforward:

• Orders over 900 MAD: Complimentary Free Shipping.
• Orders under 900 MAD: Flat rate of 50 MAD.

3. Processing & Delivery Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Once dispatched, standard delivery times are:

• Casablanca & Rabat: 1-2 business days.
• Other Major Cities: 2-4 business days.
• Remote Areas: Up to 5 business days.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We accept Cash on Delivery for all orders within Morocco. Please ensure you have the exact amount available for the courier upon arrival.

1. Return Policy

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. We will refund the full order amount minus the original shipping costs.

2. Non-returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products (organic skincare and cosmetics), we cannot accept returns on opened or used products for hygiene reasons. Exceptions are made only if the product arrives damaged or defective.

3. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at support@essena.ma so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

4. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method (or via bank transfer for COD orders) within 10 business days.
