The Ritual & Products
Yes. Authenticity is the soul of Essena. Our Argan oil and formulations are certified organic, sourced directly from cooperatives in the Souss-Massa region of Morocco. We use zero parabens, sulfates, or artificial fragrances.
Every bottle is crafted and filled in Morocco to ensure the highest potency and freshness. We honor the ancestral techniques while adhering to modern dermatological standards.
We are committed to the earth. Our glass bottles are 100% recyclable and designed to be repurposed. We use minimal plastic and our outer cartons are made from sustainably sourced paper.
Orders & Payment
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, CMI) via our secure payment gateway. For customers within Morocco, we also offer Cash on Delivery (COD) at no extra charge.
We process rituals quickly. If you need to make a change, please contact support@essena.ma within 60 minutes of placing your order. Once the package is with our courier, we cannot make changes.
Shipping & Delivery
Currently, Essena ships exclusively within Morocco. We are working on expanding our sanctuary to Europe and North America soon.
We offer Free Shipping on all orders over 900 MAD. For orders under this amount, a flat rate of 50 MAD applies to all regions in Morocco.
Casablanca & Rabat: 1-2 business days.
Major Cities (Marrakech, Tangier, Agadir, Fes): 2-3 business days.
Remote Areas: Up to 5 business days.
Returns & Refunds
You may return unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened skincare products unless they are defective.
We are sorry for this inconvenience. Please email a photo of the damaged item and your order number to support@essena.ma within 48 hours of delivery, and we will arrange an immediate replacement.
